Hi all! Can you believe there is only three days left until October?! I am beyond excited for this Halloween season and have been celebrating and decorating way early this year. And of course you can't celebrate Halloween without sweets, so yesterday I decided to make my favorite fall chex mix. This recipe is so delicious and makes a ton, so it's the perfect gift for neighbors, friends, or teachers.

Apple Picking in Hollis!
Happy Fall Ya'll!
This past weekend we celebrated the first day of fall with some apple picking. Apple Picking has always been one of my favorite ways to kick off the fall season especially when it includes apple cider donuts 😜 So we decided to go to Brookdale Fruit Farm in Hollis since they have the cutest farm stand, a bunch of animals and even a corn maze for the kids. I highly recommend taking your own family here if you are in the New England area and you best believe we will be back in October for pumpkins! Check out some of our pics from this weekend and comment below with your favorite fall activities!

Story Land
Last month we took our annual girls trip to Story Land and I wanted to share some of pics from the trip! Every August since I was born, my mom and Aunt Carol have taken my cousins, siblings and I to the family park. Back in the 90s and early 2000s it was always an adventure just getting there since GPS was not a thing of the past. My Aunt and mom would get lost for hours and eventually we would arrive, but hey that was always part of the fun. 😏 This year (thanks to GPS) we arrived right as they opened at 9AM. I do recommend getting there early as parking and the lines to enter the park can get a bit crazy. If visiting, another thing to remember is you can rent strollers and food is allowed to be brought in, which saves a lot on expensive lunch and snacking! So after grabbing our stroller rental, we spent the day walking around the nursery rhyme section, visiting Cinderella, and riding all the rides we could. There are a lot of rides targeted for all ages so it really is the perfect park for everyone. We ended our day at Story Land by visiting the candy store and bought pounds worth of fudge (because what else do you do at the end of a long day chasing around a toddler). Luckily, on the way home Talan feel asleep and we were able to stop and get some shopping done at the outlets. Always my favorite part of the trip! Going to Story Land is always bitter sweet as it marks the end of Summer but it was memorable as always!
