If you do not already know I love Holidays and I especially love baking unique and special treats to celebrate each season. To celebrate the Easter season, I wanted to make something that is always a favorite of mine, sugar cookies! More specifically Mickey shaped sugar cookies! I wanted to recreate a treat they actually sell in Walt Disney World so I decided to make half frosted Mickey Shaped Sugar Cookies with spring sprinkles! Now this recipe is not mine and all the credit goes to Jenny over at The Picky Palate. She comes up with and makes the BEST recipes, a lot of which are Disney inspired as well!
